Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) seeks an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the Workday HRIS implementation, coordinating planning, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Senior Project Manager, develop detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery while managing risks, communications, and change activities across Core HR, Talent, Integrations, Data Migration, and Cutover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 6 years' experience in HRIS / ERP implementations. Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementation projects, ideally in HR technology.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Hand-on experience with Workday HCM/PeopleSoft HCM implementation or configuration is desirable.
• Experience in change management or organizational transformation projects.
• Familiarity with HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager in the end-to-end delivery of the Workday HRIS implementation project
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and tracking detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across functional workstreams (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Integrations, Data Migration, Change Management)
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates; prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately and support mitigation actions
• Support stakeholder management and communication, ensuring timely updates to project sponsors, business leads, and external partners/vendors
• Assist with resource coordination, task assignment, and progress tracking of project team members and third-party consultants
• Support change management, training, and cutover/go-live activities as required
• Ensure project governance, quality standards, and best practices are followed throughout the implementation lifecycle
