Job summary

BNP Paribas Asset Management in Hong Kong seeks a professional to support HR Projects in the APAC region. You will focus on HRIS project support, HR analytics, and maintaining HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project management. Experience with financial institutions is advantageous. Knowledge of HRIS like Workday or Oracle HCM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an HR function and project management.
• Experience working in a multi-location, international environment.
• Advanced knowledge of databases and Microsoft Excel.
• Written and oral proficiency in English, Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of HR Projects, APAC with HRIS project activities.
• Produce timely and accurate HR reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity for all HR tools across APAC markets.
• Coordinate budget exercise and support Compensation Review Process.
• Implement regional HR policies and control processes.
