Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for HR Shared Services & C&B to manage payroll, MPF, leave, and tax reporting for staff across the bank. You will support onboarding/offboarding, ensure accurate HRIS maintenance, and produce regular HR analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and at least 3 years' HR operations experience, preferably in banking or finance, with strong Excel skills and HK employment knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in HR operations, preferably in banking, finance or sizable organizations
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong employment legislation and HR regulations
• Solid HRIS (Workday, MRC) experience is preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Responsible for compensation and benefits operations including but not limited to payroll, staff movement, MPF administration, leave management, tax reporting and handling staff enquires;

Assist in handling on-boarding and offboarding processes, such as conducting final payment calculation and preparation;

Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HRIS database and personal files;

Prepare periodic management reports and analyses;

Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in HR operations, preferably in banking, finance or sizable organizations

Strong understanding of the Hong Kong employment legislation and HR regulations

Solid HRIS (Workday, MRC) experience is preferred

Strong proficiency in MS office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Ability to multi-task, handle multiple deadlines and to consistently produce work of a high quality

Well organized, highly attentive to details and good problem-solving skills
