Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Operation Executive on a 4-month contract to manage employee lifecycle transactions and ensure data integrity across Workday and related HR systems, while maintaining service quality.

The role requires 3-5 years in HR Operations, hands-on Workday experience, strong language skills (English, Cantonese, Mandarin), and a keen eye for risk, privacy, and compliance. Location: Quarry Bay, 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Employee Data Management, HR Administration, or Shared Services environments across employee lifecycle operations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or major HR Information Systems (HRIS); familiarity with case management tools, SOPs, and service level metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Strong multi-tasking and follow-up capability with acute awareness of risk control, compliance, and data privacy.
• Excellent written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.
• Attention to details and accuracy, disciplined, collaborative with team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions efficiently and maintain high data integrity across Workday and related HR systems within agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Apply vital validation checks, approvals, and escalation protocols to minimize operational risks and data errors while maintaining audit-readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate downstream hand-offs impacting Payroll, People Technology, Benefits, vendors, and regional HR partners to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
• Provide clear, employee-friendly guidance and elevate the internal service experience across Hire-to-Retire touchpoints.
• Contribute to process maps, SOP alignments, template standardizations, case logging, dashboard reporting, and the adoption of digital/AI-enabled automation opportunities.
