Job summary

Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for HR Shared Services & C&B to manage payroll, MPF, leave, and tax reporting for staff across the bank. You will support onboarding/offboarding, ensure accurate HRIS maintenance, and produce regular HR analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and at least 3 years' HR operations experience, preferably in banking or finance, with strong Excel skills and HK employment knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in HR operations, preferably in banking, finance or sizable organizations
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong employment legislation and HR regulations
• Solid HRIS (Workday, MRC) experience is preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits operations including payroll, MPF administration, leave management, and tax reporting
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including final payment calculations
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personal files
• Prepare periodic management reports and analyses
• Participate in HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
