Job summary

FWD Group Management Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an HRIS/Workday professional to translate HR priorities into tech and analytics solutions, champion a seamless HRIS experience, and partner with regional teams on Workday enhancements.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years in HRIS/Workday, with hands-on Workday HCM, reporting, and HR transformation experience, plus strong data analytics skills using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent).
• Around 3–7 years of relevant experience in HRIS, Workday, HR operations, or people analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Workday HCM, reporting, system enhancements, or HR transformation projects.
• Strong ownership and learning agility with regional or global stakeholder exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Champion a seamless HRIS experience for the Hong Kong team by resolving user enquiries and data issues.
• Partner with Group and regional teams to deliver Workday enhancements, testing, deployment, and user adoption.

• Strengthen HR data accuracy, governance, controls, and documentation.
• Manage and enhance Workday-driven employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure accurate and compliant HR transactions across the employee journey.
• Drive HR projects, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
