Job summary

HR Plus client seeks a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead Workday initiatives and support implementation efforts. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful system rollouts and ongoing maintenance.

The role covers testing, data uploads, troubleshooting, and development of training materials. Strong knowledge of HR processes and HK Employment Ordinance is essential for day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, IT or related field.
• 3 years of HR operational experience with a cloud HR system (Workday mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of HR processes, procedures and policies.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.

Responsibilities

• Provides Workday initiatives, implementation and maintenance with internal teams and external vendors.
• Performs system testing for HRIS rollouts and upgrades.
• Delivers Workday functional support, data uploads, testing and troubleshooting.
• Creates and maintains reporting processes and end-user training guides.
• Gathers user requirements for system change requests.
• Maintains operation manuals to standardize procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

About our client:

Our client is one of the well known MNCs in its industry. They are seeking for a Senior HRIS Specialist (Workday) to support their workday project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Provides Workday system new initiatives, implementation, and maintenance, by working closely with internal departments and external vendors
• Performing system testing on HR new system roll-out and new functionality roll-out for HRIS including regular system upgrade testing
• Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including data uploads, testing and other troubleshooting support in a timely & accurate manner
• Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes and training guides for end-users
• Gathering requirements from users for system change requests
• Maintain the Workday system operation manual to standardize the working procedures and processes
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• 3 years of HR operational experience with cloud based Human Resources system (Workday is a must)
• Possess general knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures and policies
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
