Job summary

CLSA Hong Kong is seeking an HR payroll professional to manage the HRIS and payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and tax reporting while maintaining data integrity in Workday.

The role requires strong attention to detail and client-focused service. Experience in financial institutions is a plus, and Cantonese fluency helps support local operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HR payroll experience.
• Experience in financial institutions and sizable organizations is an advantage.
• Degree holder is an advantage.
• Proficient in payroll processing, taxation reporting and benefits administration.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HRIS system (Workday) payroll and ensure timely processing.
• Manage payroll, monthly payroll, and tax reporting.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Produce comprehensive HR and compensation reports.
• Liaise with auditors on HR and pensions audits.
• Oversee HRIS enhancement or migration projects.
• Contribute to HR-related ad hoc projects.
