FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage Workday-enabled employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth system experience.

You will provide workforce analytics to support HR decisions, maintain data governance and process integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement that enhances the employee experience. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' HR Operations experience are required; Workday expertise is a must.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, or HR Transformation.
• Hands-on Workday experience is required.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

The Job

• Manage and process Workday-enabled employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Deliver a seamless system experience by resolving system, workflow, and data-related issues.
• Provide workforce analytics and insights to support HR and business decision-making.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, governance, compliance, and process integrity.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, or HR Transformation.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, compensation changes, and offboarding.
• Hands-on experience with Workday is a must.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Strong ownership and learning agility
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer position.
