English, Cantonese and Putonghua are valued. WSET Level 2 or above is preferred, with opportunities to coach peers and grow within a dynamic wine retail team.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and delivering excellent service.
• Retail or service experience; exposure to wine or F&B is an advantage.
• Proactive, professional and confident communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional wine recommendations and attentive service.
• Maintain smooth day-to-day store operations and a high-quality shopping environment.
• Support the Offline + Online (O+O) business model with consistent service throughout the customer journey.
• Coach and train team members on operations, product knowledge and service.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent store standards.
