Job summary

King's Wine Cellar (HK) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a customer-facing team member to introduce whisky, sake, wines, and accessories to customers. You will assist in wine-tasting and events, and manage daily shop operations in a dynamic retail setting.

We welcome candidates with 1–2 years of wine retail, F&B, luxury product or hospitality experience; training is provided and opportunities exist for advancement to managerial roles for more experienced applicants.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about learning.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably from wine retail, F&B, luxury products, hospitality, or wine-related business.
• More experience may be considered for Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as trainees.

Responsibilities

• Introduce whisky, sake, wines, and accessories to customers.
• Assist in wine-tasting and wine-related events.
• Handle daily shop operations.
