Job summary

Watson's Wine in Hong Kong seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver knowledgeable wine recommendations and attentive service in-store. You will help maintain a welcoming shopping environment and support the O+O business model with consistent service throughout the customer journey.

English, Cantonese and Putonghua are valued. WSET Level 2 or above is preferred, with opportunities to coach peers and grow within a dynamic wine retail team.

You will help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience by combining knowledgeable wine advice with excellent customer service and smooth store operations. By supporting your team and keeping customers at the heart of every interaction, you will contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide professional wine recommendations and deliver attentive service with a strong customer-focused mindset.

Maintain smooth day-to-day store operations and a comfortable, high-quality shopping environment.

Support our O+O (Offline + Online) business model by providing customers with consistent and helpful service throughout their shopping journey.

Coach and provide on-the-job training to team members and newcomers on operational tasks, product knowledge and customer service.

Embrace collaboration as our way of working, supporting the team to deliver consistent store standards and service.

Apply a scientific and data-driven approach by using available operational and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve store execution and service.

What You’ll Bring

A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service and engaging customers through active selling.

Strong wine knowledge, with WSET Level 2 or above.

Retail or service experience; exposure to wine or the F&B industry is an advantage.

Proactive, professional and confident communication skills.

Ability to guide, coach and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

An analytical and improvement-focused mindset, using available information to support practical store decisions.

Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
