Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Concierge/Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional service at the Concierge desk within Rooms Division. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This full-time local position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with a valid HK driving license.
• Ideally with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations; candidates with less experience may be considered as Bell Attendant.
