Job summary

Tokalent in Hong Kong is seeking an OTC BD Manager/Director to lead the commercialization of its Web3 cross-border payment business. You will work with sales, product and tech teams to implement strategies across regions and drive growth in OTC and on/off ramp services for e-commerce clients.

The role requires proven OTC sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel or work across time zones. A bachelor's degree and a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2 years of sales experience in fintech/payments/Web3.
Existing OTC sales experience is a plus.
Possession of a resource network in emerging markets is a plus.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and the ability to independently drive consortium collaborations.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercialization and development of its Web3 cross-border payment business, facilitating the implementation and execution of its strategies.
Analyze application scenarios and global cross-border payment market trends, identify core applications and growth opportunities, and formulate development plans integrating Web3 with payment services.
Achieve business transaction volume targets, diversify revenue streams through service fees, asset management shares, and other models, and expand application scenarios.
Drive collaboration with technical and product departments to rapidly iterate business solutions.
