Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Business Development Manager, Cross-Border Payments, On Off ramp, in Hong Kong. You will drive new business development, identify corporate clients with cross-border needs, and tailor payment/treasury solutions to support online international growth.

The role demands strong relationship management, deep knowledge of payments and RMB settlement, and the ability to manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
Proven experience in corporate banking, transaction banking, payments, treasury, fintech, or financial services sales.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Identify and acquire corporate clients with cross-border payment, overseas account, and RMB settlement needs.
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored payment and treasury solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the lifecycle.
Conduct regular client meetings and business development activities to uncover opportunities and expand market coverage.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products, processes, and customer service delivery.
Manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing account growth and retention.
