Job summary

RedotPay in Hong Kong is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to hunt and close high-value clients in FinTech, Web3, and crypto payments. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, working closely with the Account Management team.

This role requires a strong network of HNWIs, crypto projects, and corporate accounts, plus outstanding negotiation and outbound sales discipline. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven track record in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Acquisition in FinTech, Web3, Crypto, or Payment Gateway sectors.
• Strong existing network of Web3 companies, crypto projects, HNWIs, or corporate clients preferred.
• Hunter mindset with outbound sales targets and cold outreach experience.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, crypto payments, payment gateways, and traditional card networks (VISA/Mastercard).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English fluency required; Mandarin or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition (Hunting): Prospect, generate, and convert high-value leads to drive top-line growth.
• Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end sales funnel from outreach to closing.
• Strategic BD Partnerships: Forge alliances with exchanges, wallets, Web3 communities, VC funds to open new channels.
• Handoff & Relationship Transition: Work with Account Management for long-term retention.
• Event & Networking Representation: Represent RedotPay at Web3/crypto/FinTech events to generate high-quality leads.
• Market Feedback: Gather client feedback to inform Product and Strategy teams.
