RedotPay is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to strengthen our regulatory framework in the fast-growing crypto and fiat payments sector. You will ensure HK and international regulatory adherence, manage AML/KYC risks, and support business growth while maintaining robust controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
2+ years of compliance experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or banking with AML/KYC knowledge.
Solid understanding of HK and international regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with virtual asset regulations and cross-border compliance.
Strong analytical and communication skills; fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain compliance policies and controls for crypto/stablecoin payments and fiat operations.
Lead AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring programs.
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure licensing and reporting obligations.
Conduct risk assessments, reviews, and internal audits with management reporting.
Collaborate with product, operations and business teams to embed compliance.
Handle regulatory inquiries, licensing applications and audits.
Train staff on compliance best practices.
