Job summary

ManpowerGroup Greater China Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Sales & Business Development Support professional to assist Priority RMs in acquiring clients and growing portfolios. The role focuses on sales pitches, meeting prep, and relationship-building activities for high-net-worth client segments.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in retail banking or wealth management support, with knowledge of investment and insurance products for sales collateral and presentations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail banking, wealth management support, sales administration, or client services.
• Familiarity with investment and insurance products for sales collateral and client presentations.
• Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
• HKSI or IIQE licenses are a strong advantage for a future RM role.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development Support: Partner with Priority RMs to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Client Engagement & Events: Coordinate meetings, prepare wealth management proposals and market insights for HNWIs.
• Transaction Coordination: Route paperwork to back-office and specialist desks for processing.
• Service Management: Handle non-regulatory inquiries and coordinate admin requests between clients and sales teams.
