Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Sales & Business Development Support to collaborate with Priority RMs, drive client acquisition and portfolio growth, and focus on sales pitches, meeting preparation, and relationship-building activities.

You will coordinate client meetings, prepare wealth management proposals, market insight presentations, and marketing collateral for high-net-worth individuals, while ensuring effective communication with back-office and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management support, sales administration, or client services.
• Familiarity with investment and insurance products to assist with sales collateral and client presentations.
• HKSI or IIQE licenses are a strong advantage toward a Relationship Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Sales & business development support for client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Prepare wealth management proposals, market insights, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate client meetings and ensure smooth relationship building.
• Coordinate product applications and trade execution with back-office processing.
• Handle non-regulatory client inquiries and administrative requests.
