Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited partners with a Tier-1 international bank to recruit a Relationship Assistant / Customer Service Manager for Premier/Priority Banking operations in Hong Kong. The role blends client service delivery and RM support with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and control.

You will work alongside Senior Branch Managers and RMs, overseeing operational controls, onboarding documentation, and opportunities for cross-selling in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail banking operations, client service, or sales support, ideally Priority/Affluent.
• HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 certifications are required.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and banking regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service support for high-net-worth clients, manage inquiries and onboarding.
• Screen profiles and assist in cross-selling, tag-on and lead-generation opportunities.
• Monitor branch operations, review unusual accounting entries and ensure audit readiness.
• Enforce AML/KYC compliance and internal control frameworks; escalate risks as needed.

Role Overview Our client is a global banking leader seeking a high-caliber professional to support their Premier / Priority Banking operations. Working alongside Senior Branch Managers and Relationship Managers (RMs), you will oversee operational controls, uphold strict regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to affluent wealth management clients while identifying potential business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & RM Support: Deliver end-to-end service support for high-net-worth clients, manage client inquiries, and streamline onboarding and documentation for RMs.

Business Development Enablement: Screen customer profiles and assist in identifying cross-selling, tag-on, and lead-generation opportunities.

Branch Operations & Control: Monitor daily operational system reports, examine unusual accounting entries, and maintain full audit readiness across branch workflows.

Compliance & Risk Oversight: Enforce strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and internal control frameworks, escalating potential compliance risks as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail banking operations, client service, or sales support, ideally serving Priority/Affluent banking segments.

• HKSI 1,7,8 | IIQE 1,2,3 is required

Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with AML policies, banking operational procedures, and HKMA regulatory standards.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
