RBC Wealth Management Asia is seeking a Client Support Desk member to back the growth strategy, train new relationship managers, and onboard clients. You will handle onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, and product recommendations while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and cross-border rules.

You will collaborate across stakeholders, support sales initiatives, and participate in platform improvement projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or other relevant professional finance qualifications.
• HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in private banking/wealth management platform, preferably in ARM/Client due diligence.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are essential.
• Highly articulate in both written and verbal business communication.
• Solid investment products knowledge and sound understanding of relevant external regulations governing the business.
• Knowledgeable and experienced across KYC/AML/Compliance.
• Self-motivated with a positive change mindset and good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Bloomberg & Reuters knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin language skills is essential.

Responsabilités

• Independently handle new account openings, maintenance, asset transfers, loans, payments, order taking and product recommendations.
• Develop and mentor onboarding of new relationship managers through trainings and regular catch-ups.
• Provide guidance for client/RM queries and product capabilities.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
• Manage client accounts and relationships, including pricing and execution.
• Adhere to KYC, AML, compliance and cross-border regulations.
