Job summary

Royal Bank of Canada in Hong Kong seeks a Client Support Desk member for Wealth Management Asia to support the growth strategy and onboard new clients.

You will independently handle new account openings, maintenance, transfers, loans, payments, orders and product recommendations, while mentoring and training new relationship managers.

This role requires HKSI licensing, 3–5 years in private banking, and fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong communication and adherence to KYC/AML regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, or economics.
• 3–5 years’ relevant private banking/wealth management experience.
• HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Solid knowledge of investment products and KYC/AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle new account openings, maintenance, asset transfers, loans, payments and orders.
• Mentor onboarding of new relationship managers through trainings.
• Guide clients and relationship managers on RBC WMA offerings.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
• Manage client accounts and relationships, including pricing and execution.
• Adhere to KYC/AML and cross-border regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support Sales Management Office.
• Participate in projects to improve WMA platforms and client experiences.
