Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage client relationships in the consumer banking segment. Based at One Island East, you will identify opportunities to cross-sell wealth, insurance and banking products, and perform financial needs analyses for a premium client base.

You will ensure proper KYC, PDPO and regulatory compliance, maintain product knowledge, and deliver excellent service while building trusted partnerships with clients in Hong Kong and Asia.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or finance or related field.
• Licensing: RI and TR; pass IIQE exams or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and grow AUM through cross-selling of wealth, insurance and banking products.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and offer suitable solutions while explaining risks.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, PDPO and other regulatory requirements during on-boarding and ongoing servicing.
