Job summary

RBC seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a high-net-worth client franchise in Asia, focusing on HNW/UHNW NRI clients. You will collaborate with investment, wealth planning, credit and products teams to deliver holistic wealth solutions across Asia.

With 8+ years in private banking, you will originate and deepen relationships, grow AUM, and ensure regulatory and KYC standards while navigating cross-border requirements in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience advising HNW/UHNW clients within private banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of acquiring, developing and retaining sophisticated client relationships.
• Strong understanding of investments, credit and broader wealth management solutions.
• Established market connectivity and ability to develop a sustainable client franchise.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of regulatory, suitability and risk requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with investment, product and wealth planning specialists.
• Possess, or be able to obtain, the relevant regulatory qualifications and registrations required in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage long term HNW and UHNW NRI client relationships.
• Originate new client relationships and sustainably grow AUM, revenue and overall client franchise.
• Understand client's investment, financing and wealth-planning objectives and deliver appropriate solutions in partnership with product specialists.
• Leverage the broader capabilities or RBC to provide holistic solutions across clients' wealth needs.
• Act as a trusted adviser and ambassador for RBC in the market.
• Maintain the highest standards of suitability, KYC, AML, due diligence, and cross-border compliance.
• Collaborate across Private Banking and the wider RBC franchise to deepen client relationship and identify opportunities.
