Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager, Client Relationship to drive business targets in Hong Kong. You will manage client portfolios, provide advisory services, and execute trading orders while identifying new opportunities and cross-selling banking products.

You will support client wealth management by offering investment, FX, and securities solutions, maintaining strong relationships through regular interactions and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of retail/private banking or relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of personal banking and wealth management products and services.
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
• IIQE and HKSI qualifications are a must; CPWP is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets as assigned by management.
• Manage customers' portfolios with advisory service and execute trading orders for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell other bank products to existing and potential clients.
• Sell and cross-sell investment, FX, and securities products.
• Maintain cordial relationships with clients via visits, calls, functions and social gatherings.
• Monitor daily performance and activities of clients’ accounts.
• Analyze client portfolio potential and risk for credit assessment.
• Generate NII through credit facility negotiations.
• Prepare call reports and maintain high service quality for clients.
• Prepare credit proposals, ratification memos and report business development monthly.
