Job summary

Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong is seeking a Captain for Summer Palace to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous service. You will lead the section, uphold restaurant standards and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining journey.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
