At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
Guest-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Handle guest inquiries regarding the In-Room Dining menu.
Take and process orders, as well as coordinating delivery services.
Provide attentive follow-up service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

About The Role
