Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong invites applications for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The role is based at the Hong Kong property and reports to the Restaurant Manager. You will deliver courteous service and create memorable dining moments for guests.

We value strong communication, a guest‑first attitude and teamwork. English proficiency is essential; Mandarin/Cantonese skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Hotel F&B experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Good command of spoken English; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred where possible.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Division in Hong Kong, the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Waiter/Waitress reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests
• Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
• Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant

As Waiter/Waitress, we expect from you:

• Experienced in hotel F&B is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken English and preferably in Mandarin / Cantonese communication
• Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry
