Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the pristine presentation of guestrooms and public areas at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, one of our iconic properties.

In this role you will clean and arrange rooms according to hotel standards, support daily housekeeping operations, and contribute to delivering warm, guest-focused service that aligns with Shangri-La's renowned hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Housekeeping in sizable hotels.
• Customer-oriented and quality-driven team player.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guestrooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Clean daily scheduled rooms and restock guest room supplies.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor.

About The Role

As a Room Attendant (房務員), you will be assisting with the overall presentation of guestrooms and public areas, ensuring it aligns with Shangri-La standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guestrooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to Hotel standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 須按照酒店標準，清潔每天已安排之房間及補給客房供應品
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in sizable Hotels.
• Customer-oriented and quality-driven team player.
• 具備1年或以上相關工作經驗
• 以客為本、注重品質及具備團隊合作精神
