Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to hotel standards.
• Assist with order taking, provide recommendations and information on promotions, and deliver food and beverages.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
