Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Treasury Services sales professional in Hong Kong to lead multi-product solutions across payments, liquidity and FX. You will engage senior clients, coordinate with regional teams, and drive strategic sales plans in a fast-paced APAC market.

The role requires building strong relationships with NBFI clients, Fintech coverage experience, and AML/KYC awareness in a regulated environment. HK-based, full-time position with regional travel potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Treasury Services sales covering NBFI clients, preferably Fintechs, with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full Payments and Treasury Services suite, including core cash clearing, liquidity management, FX, merchant services and trade/working capital solutions.
• Deliver new business goals and annual sales plan at target margins; identify prospects and engage senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted payments relationships by taking a holistic view to help clients meet treasury objectives.
• Engage clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to execute the sales strategy.
• Participate in end-to-end product and service reviews to improve offerings.
• Manage the entire sales process including implementation and ongoing delivery.
• Promote a strong operation risk environment with timely renewals and KYCs.
• Support AML/Sanction inquiries and compliance screening.
• Lead planning and coordination of client events to promote JPMorgan's franchise.
