DBS Bank is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and deliver future-ready learning solutions across Asia, partnering with GM&C, Transformation & Data, Technology, and Operations. The role emphasizes embedding Generative AI and digital tools to uplift capability and performance.

You will drive regional L&D roadmaps, analyze needs, evaluate impact with data, and ensure high-quality learner experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven experience partnering with Business Units and Supporting Units (e.g. risk, finance, technology, operations, transformation, data).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, consult, and challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Demonstrated experience in learning programme design, delivery, and facilitation, including stand-up or senior-level sessions.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, digital learning tools, or learning technologies; ability to apply these meaningfully in L&D solutions.
• Digital literacy and strong understanding of technology, data, and emerging trends impacting skills and workforce transformation.

• Partner with business and supporting unit stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain L&D solutions.
• Drive and execute learning agendas, regional roadmaps, and capability-building programmes.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business challenges into impactful learning solutions.
• Embed Generative AI and digital platforms into learning design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Advise stakeholders on responsible and value-adding use of Generative AI in learning and working practices.
• Evaluate curricula and programmes using data and insights to prove business impact.
