• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 12 years of hands‑on data analytics experience in financial services or wealth management.
• At least 3 years in a team leadership role.
• Proficiency in Python/PySpark, enterprise BI tools and Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
• Deep domain expertise in consumer investment products and advisory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering actionable analytics for Investment Product & Advisory business.
• Formulate data‑driven strategies to accelerate product penetration and revenue growth.
• Design data solutions to drive revenue, productivity, and monitor risk with dashboards.
• Lead collaboration with regional teams to deploy Generative AI solutions for advisory sales.
• Partner with Product and Advisory heads to align data priorities with goals.
