Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of L&D/OD experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient with e-learning platforms and LMS systems.
• Strong project management and budget control skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in fast-growing global fintech, crypto or financial services.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new employees across global offices.
• Design scalable orientation programs for diverse employee groups.
• Deliver leadership training to upgrade management capabilities.
• Support organizational performance management and talent development processes.
• Drive AI transformation of OD workflows with IT/AI core teams.
• Manage OD budgets and external vendor relationships.
• Provide global training needs diagnosis for all business lines.
• Collaborate with HR to support HR system operations and employee experience.
• Advance process optimization and service innovation to enhance global workforce.
