DBS Bank Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned HR leader to design, develop, and implement group-wide organization development initiatives that drive growth and transformation.

You will lead workforce analytics, change programs, and strategic workforce planning while partnering with senior leaders to deliver rigorous workforce insights and Wellbeing initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Admin, psychology, or data analytics or related field.
• Experience in Organization Development or Strategic Workforce Planning in matrix organizations.
• Proven change management and organization-design execution track record.
• Strong ability to translate talent data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement group-wide organization development initiatives.
• Lead change management and organization design programs.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders for Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Lead workforce analytics to diagnose trends and provide predictive insights.
• Leverage GenAI and data tools to scale workforce modeling and scenarios.
• Oversee year-end Performance & Promotion processes with stakeholders.
• Drive bankwide Wellbeing initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
