Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a GenAI Specialist/Team Lead in the COO Office, Global Transaction Services, to drive GenAI-driven growth, enhance employee experience, and optimize operations across functions.

You will lead development of foundational data and knowledge bases for GenAI, coordinate with product, sales, governance, data management, and technology teams, and oversee the deployment of GenAI use cases.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience with ML/GenAI initiatives and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage GenAI data foundations and knowledge bases for GTS.
• Coordinate with GTS Product, Sales, Digital, Governance & Control, Data Management and Technology teams.
• Drive GenAI deployments focusing on sales leads, risk management and productivity gains.
• Define metrics and track GenAI use case outcomes related to business objectives.
• Identify roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels and establish governance practices.
