Job summary

PwC China is seeking a Course Manager to support the L&D leadership in building a future-ready workforce. You will design curricula and projects, define objectives with sponsors, and oversee quality and impact of learning initiatives across the LoS.

You will explore AI-enabled approaches and contribute to innovative learning solutions while developing the L&D team's capabilities. You will engage with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and ensure delivery through blended and virtual formats,

Qualifications

• Implements training concepts from design to delivery.
• Ability to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop curricula and projects meeting practice learning needs.
• Identify course objectives and create high-level design documents with sponsors.
• Oversee effectiveness and quality of curricula and programs for LoS sponsors.
• Research and provide insights into L&D trends including AI for potential adoption.
• Contribute to innovative learning solutions using AI and other technologies.
• Support L&D team development in future-fit capabilities, including AI literacy.
• Contribute to and support implementation of L&D strategic projects.
• Ensure effective design techniques and delivery mediums (blended/virtual).
• Respond to stakeholder concerns and interests as needed.
• Plan, monitor, and control costs related to projects or curricula.
