Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in L&D or talent management, strong leadership, and proficiency in English with Cantonese/Mandarin desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required and 10+ years in L&D or talent management.
• Experience leading regional teams within a global institution.
• Proven track record delivering across APAC jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping the global strategy and own regional learning strategy.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to assess talent needs and priorities.
• Design, develop and deliver blended learning solutions aligned with priorities.
• Research latest learning approaches and tools to enhance experiences.
• Collaborate to design and analyze the best learning solutions for stakeholders.
• Prioritize development needs across businesses and regions with HCM colleagues.
• Lead and coach the talent development team in the region.
• Elevate challenges and risks as appropriate and manage projects hands-on.
