Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Hong Kong is seeking a Vice President to focus on fund financing transactions within the ACSPG team. You will originate, structure and execute financing solutions and develop bespoke financial models, including NAV facilities, RNFs and CFOs, coordinating with internal and external advisers across regions.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit structuring, strong accounting and credit skills, fluent English, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in structuring credit transactions.
• Experience on RNFs, CFOs or similar fund financing transactions preferred.
• Strong understanding of rating agency methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams across countries.

Responsibilities

• Origination, structuring and execution of financing transactions.
• Lead development of bespoke financial models for NAV, hybrids, RNFs and CFOs.
• Draft term sheets and internal memos; prepare commercial presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence with external advisors and rating agencies.
• Engage with legal teams; review transaction documents.
• Monitor transactions and ensure covenant compliance; timely reporting.
• Lead annual reviews, waivers and amendments.
