Job summary

1201 UOB Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned client coverage professional to explore new relationships in the PE/VC and asset management sectors. You will manage account set ups, conduct KYC/AML monitoring, and liaise daily with clients, while promoting UOB's global markets solutions including deposits, cash management, DCM and FXD.

In this role, you will help the business unit head develop PE/VC strategies and coordinate with UOBHK and Global Institutions groups.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of client coverage in Financial Institutions sector.
• Preference for 2+ years PE/VC coverage.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Explore new client relationships from PE/VC fund and asset management sector.
• Account set up, KYC/AML monitoring and day-to-day client liaison.
• Understand client needs and provide diversified financial solutions with product partners (deposits, cash management, DCM, FXD, global markets).
• Assist head of business unit to develop PE/VC strategy and liaise with UOBHK and group Financial Institutions teams.
• Occasional travel required.
