Job summary

1201 UOB Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned banking professional to lead relationships with PE/VC funds and asset managers. You will manage account openings, conduct KYC/AML monitoring, and liaise with product partners to offer deposits, cash management, DCM, FXD, and other global markets solutions.

The role demands at least 5 years in FI client coverage, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Putonghua. Travel may be required as part of our expanding UOB network.

Qualifications

• University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of client coverage experience in Financial Institutions Sector, preferably with minimum 2 years of PE/VC coverage.
• Strong at analytical / logical presentations.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail minded, customer oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Explore new client relationships from PE/VC fund and asset management sector.
• Responsible for account set up, KYC/AML monitoring and day to day client liaisons.
• Understand client needs and provide diversified financial solutions together with product partners– including deposits, cash management, DCM, FXD, other global Markets product and to promote business opportunities of UOB worldwide networks.
• Assist business unit head to develop strategy for PE/VC industry and liaise with relevant department in UOBHK branch as well as group Financial Institutions group.
• Occasion travel will be necessary.
