JPMorgan, a leading financial services firm in APAC, seeks a Vice President to partner with APAC M&A and FSG leaders to modernize business management through technology, analytics, and innovative thinking. This role drives decision making, performance, and transparency across the franchise.

As a VP, you will act as a change agent, challenging the status quo and promoting transformation, while building trusted relationships with bankers and partners to deliver initiatives and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in business management or related fields.
• Strategic thinker who links data to executive insights.
• Proven change agent with stakeholder influence in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level insights through forward-looking analyses for APAC M&A and FSG.
• Deliver management reporting, dashboards, and pipeline analytics.
• Benchmark markets, analyze trends, and assess performance.
• Lead adoption of analytics and automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL).
• Oversee budgeting, expense management, and governance.
• Partner with global teams to drive transformation and share best practices.
• Support risk and control initiatives and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
