Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field with minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Management or COO function/role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for diverse projects and stakeholder groups; strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
• Ability to articulate clear, thoughtful rationale for decisions and recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI and large language models (LLMs), and the ability to apply them to business management, workflow optimization, and decision support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., PivotTables), and familiarity with Copilot.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand priorities, align on requirements, and drive next steps
• Project-manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks
• Design and develop automated management information solutions and interactive dashboards to enhance insight generation and management transparency
• Leverage AI, large language models (LLMs), advanced analytics, and automation to improve workflow efficiency, forecasting, decision support, and management information quality
• Synthesize and organize complex information into clear, strategic narratives, demonstrating strong design acumen and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Create wireframes and mockups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Identify key business risks on the platform and drive the implementation of mitigating controls
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables; drive action plans and deliverables through issue resolution
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
• Partner with team members and global managers on collaborative initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
