Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate for Global Corporate Banking Business Management to translate strategy into measurable outcomes using data, automation, and AI-driven insights.

You will partner with senior managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen governance, drive productivity, and support resource allocation, performance reviews, and strategic planning across the APAC franchise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Management, Finance, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insight.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with analytics, automation, and visualization solutions.
• Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and the ability to apply them to business management, workflow optimization, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior APAC business managers to execute strategic initiatives, projects, and business priorities.
• Coordinate with segment, country, product, Finance, Strategy, and central teams to support objectives.
• Contribute to regional and global business management initiatives and cross-regional connectivity.
• Deliver timely, actionable insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Analyze business performance and synthesize information into clear recommendations supporting priorities.
• Support business reviews, forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic planning through analysis and decision support.
• Act as a catalyst for change to improve processes and overall business effectiveness.
• Advance governance routines and the business risk and control agenda.
• Design and develop automated management information solutions and dashboards.
• Leverage AI, LLMs, analytics, and automation to improve workflow efficiency and decision support.
