• In-depth knowledge of securities financing and prime brokerage across synthetic and cash financing.
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives in trading ecosystems with quantitative rigor.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back prime brokerage workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own Asia Pacific prime strategy and analytics for prime brokerage and securities financing, translating signals into priorities.
• Quantify financing economics by analyzing revenue, risk, returns and balances to optimize profitability.
• Identify KPIs and drive changes to improve profitability and controls.
• Lead front-to-back initiatives across prime workflows (locates, short coverage, trade capture, settlement, reporting).
• Enhance platform capabilities across synthetic and cash financing.
• Apply AI, ML, predictive analytics and automation with governance controls.
• Partner across Trading, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance and Controls to deliver scalable product capabilities.
