Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FinTechs, third-party payment processors, VASPs, payments, cash management or related financial-services sector.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including leading local or regional teams and delivering results through others.
• Deep understanding of APAC FinTech, TP3 and VASP landscape, regulatory environment and competitive dynamics; regional network preferred.
• Proven track record of setting strategy, originating complex opportunities and delivering revenue growth across APAC markets.
• Ability to lead through influence in a complex matrix organization aligning products, geographies and control functions.
• Strong knowledge of sector-specific risks including KYC, AML, sanctions and transaction monitoring.
• Excellent judgment, integrity and executive presence with ability to communicate with clients, regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Educational background with finance/business focus; advanced qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the APAC strategy for the FinTech, TP3 and VASP franchise, aligned with firmwide priorities and risk appetite.
• Own regional sales, revenue, pipeline and portfolio-growth objectives with accountability for performance across priority markets.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team with clear objectives and strong succession planning.
• Act as senior relationship lead for strategic clients and prospects, engaging C-suite stakeholders and coordinating firm resources.
• Drive client acquisition, cross-sell and wallet-share growth across Payments, including cash management, liquidity and FX.
• Maintain dialogue with clients and industry participants; identify trends and represent the firm in executive forums.
• Provide senior oversight of the sector's risk and control agenda, including KYC, AML, sanctions and monitoring.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations to maintain governance and ensure growth within regulatory standards.
• Mobilize regional and global partners to deliver integrated solutions and consistent execution.
• Develop scalable sector value propositions and go-to-market initiatives to strengthen competitive position.
