You will partner with senior APAC leaders to drive governance, performance management, and transformation across the APAC franchise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Management, Finance, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insight.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to connect business performance, strategic priorities, and management actions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear and compelling messages for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior APAC business managers to execute strategic initiatives, projects, and business priorities.
• Coordinate with segment, country, product, Finance, Strategy, and central teams to support business objectives and franchise priorities.
• Deliver timely, actionable insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
