Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an IT helpdesk professional to provide desk-side support for VIP users, including senior management. You will handle first- and second-line issues, manage hardware setup and maintenance, and coordinate with vendors and application teams to resolve complex problems.

The role requires strong Windows and Mac experience, familiarity with Bloomberg terminals and conferencing tools, and multi-language communication (English, Mandarin, Cantonese).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Desktop/IT support experience, preferably in the financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line desk-side support for VIP users with quick issue resolution.
• Answer calls, perform initial investigation, diagnose, and resolve problems.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Serve as liaison between users, applications, and vendors to address complex issues.
• Manage Video Conferencing systems and offsite presentation needs.
• Execute security patch management and antivirus administration for desktops.
• Maintain desk-side hardware and software inventory records.
• Support Apple Mac and mobile devices, Bloomberg terminals, and conferencing tools.
• Use ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, or Remedy for ticketing.
• Follow ITIL service desk processes and best practices.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting.
