Job summary

Spiakl Tech Limited is seeking an IT Support specialist to join our fast-growing team in Hong Kong. You will provide technical support to end users, manage daily IT operations, install hardware and software, and handle voice and video conferencing tools.

You should have MCSE or other Microsoft certifications, at least 2 years IT support experience, and strong knowledge of Windows OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange. English and Chinese fluency is required.

Qualifications

• MCSE or other Microsoft certified qualifications preferred.

We are looking for a IT Support to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

Provide IT technical support and handle hotline enquiries to all end users.

Perform the daily IT operations, including but not limited to installing all the necessary hardware, systems and applications software, fixes and patches.

Help to manage all the IT equipment under the PC LAN environment.

Provide support for the meeting and events.

Requirements

• Holders of Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or other Microsoft certified qualifications are preferred;
• Experience in Banking / Securities industry is preferred but not a must;
• At least 2 years working experience in IT support
• Good Knowledge and skills in software, hardware, LAN, Network installation, configuration and maintenance;
• Experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft product and Microsoft Active Directory including Account management, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, identity lifecycle management and Microsoft Exchange 2019;
• Experience in supporting mobile management (Ivanti EPMM), voice system (Cisco Unity connection and Cisco Unified Communications Manager) and Video conferencing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
