Pinpoint Asia is assisting a leading financial institution in Hong Kong to hire an IT Endpoint Support Specialist. You will support end-user computing, manage the endpoint environment, and ensure secure productivity across staff, leveraging M365, AD, Intune, and security practices.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate endpoint support, strong communication, and bilingual Cantonese and English; Mandarin helpful. On-site in Hong Kong with exposure to Citrix and Nutanix.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT endpoint support in a corporate, high-availability environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the final escalation point for hardware, software, and connectivity issues for the local office.
• Take ownership of the local endpoint environment including physical devices and virtualized desktops (Citrix and Nutanix).
• Administer the M365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) from a client perspective.
• Enforce endpoint security, manage Active Directory, phishing triage, and least-privilege access.
• Autonomously manage IT asset lifecycles, hardware upgrades, vendor relations, and business continuity per HQ directives.
